I was thinking about the old Conservative cry, one that many still repeat, of Government Death Panels.

So I was wondering - Is their a toon of Cruz dressed up as a doctor, with uncle sam on the operating table, and Cruz is saying kill him?

I'd think that someone would have drawn that up during the shutdown that he pushed for, but I haven't been able to find one.
