Randall Terry polls 18% in Oklahoma Dem primary, earns 1 delegate

Here's an amusing postscript to the Oklahoma primary... on the Democratic side: Barack Obama only hit 57% in that state. (Remember that Oklahoma was his poorest-performing state in the 2008 general, so they particularly have it in for him there.) Anti-abortion wacko Randall Terry was his main opposition, but actually hit 18% of the vote there, and under Oklahoma's 15% threshold, that's actually enough for Terry to get one delegate! Terry won 15 counties, and in three counties, Obama finished third behind Terry and Some Dude.

Lots of Republicans are registered Democrats. It's a hold-over from the days when Dems controlled everything in the state on a local level.
