They are intensely focused on the mechanical malfunctions of a web site, you can't get less substantive than that. How do you even compare that to someone who has no coverage finally being able to obtain it? It's just sickening.

I guess they know that once the web site is fixed they will have to manufacture some new outrage, so they have to run with it while they can.
