2. I can't read what the sign says in the pink area

I can see the landscape picture that has a Nazi soldier admiring the view, I'm trying to get more context. Is that a real shop in New York? Is Banksy's work placed over the shop?

3. real shop- a great second hand non-profit named Housing Works that works to fight homelessness and

Aids. I would guess he donated it.
