Is Paul Ryan a "Concern Troll"?

What the fuck does little Eddie Munster care about Tax Refunds for the workers. I can almost see him thinking this up with a team of psychopaths and going "Ooh, That's a good one. Watch me Hammer them with the income tax hammer."

Fuck... I need to turn off the TV... gggrrr!
