Paul Ryan has an odd ACA concern...

Paul Ryan (in the monkey hearing) is concerned.

What if someone under 26 who is covered on a parent's policy fills out an ACA application inaccurately and claims a subsidy they don't qualify for? Their tax refund will thus end up smaller than they expected, and people rely on tax refunds.

This seems an odd concern from somebody who votes repeatedly to cut food stamps.

Hammer the big stuff, move on to the minutiae. Even if you have to make up bullshit scenarios, always be hammering the negative.
