I mean, they do want it to work as best as possible don't they? They really want, in their heart of hearts, people to get the health care services they need, right? That is what drives them to protest so loudly, no?

So why haven't you signed up. The person testifying replied she was eligible she has insurance through her work. The bagger moved on and is now talking about why some coverage was canceled or increases in their premiums. Dem's are questioning now.
