Link to ACA application

I've been unable to log in to my account on healthcare.gov at all. I ordered a hard copy of the application via phone. They said it would arrive in 3 weeks, but a call to them today to follow up because I haven't received it, revealed a website where it can be downloaded. The link works.

The link to the individual or family application is here:

http://marketplace.cms.gov/getofficialresources/publications-and-articles/publications-and-articles.html

Look under Publications / Marketplace Consumer Application

(If this has been posted previously, I missed it, and apologize)

6. I don't think she can say that in 2013. It would worsen things.

She just needs to continue to repeat the plan on fixing the website.

8. OK, I've heard people arguing that the web site isn't that important.

The ACA person I talked to yesterday that there have been so many requests for paper applications, that I should not expect to receive mine until Nov. 18th, they were very behind in mailing. I wish they would have told me about the link to print my own at that time, but I wasn't given that choice.
