Big Anonymous Bust

I was having pizza and coffe in my local cafe and this was all over the network news. Haven't seen a word about this is LBN or anywhere else. MSM is claiming the main defendant turned states evidence. (For those unfamiliar with prison slang, this means he snitched everybody out.) This may or may not be true. Anybody else?

... you are correct. This is disheartening, as it gives the impression that once the Anonymous members are takenby tptb, they will fold under pressure, which makes the whole movement look like kids who are easily intimidated. One member turning over is a great propoganda victory for the police state. I respect Anonymous deeply and I can only begin to imagine the pain this has caused them. Solidarity.

Doesn't mean that Anon is "taken" by tptb, it means one person failed the prisoners dilemma test.

Anonymous is unkillable.

(Ahem) " whilst watching network news today, a story appeared stating that a large number of members of Anonymous and associated groups were arrested in the U.S. and overseas. It was also stated on said broadcast that the primary bustee snitched everybody out. I was inquiring as to whether anyone else had heard a smidgeon of said news. Thank you.

No one wants to go to prison. So once the FBI cornered a few members, it was inevitable that one or more would turn the others in. I'm sure that not all of them were doing what they were doing for the benefit of humanity.
