Come and listen to a story bout a man named Ted
Just a moron Senator from a state fairly red
Then one day he's up acting like a fool
And closed went the parks and the government too.
Feds, that is. Budget freeze, shutters slammed.

Well the next thing you know Ted's a dick extraordinaire
Folks all around saying Ted get away from there!
Take a hike, we've had enough o' ya!
So he packed up his truck and he went to Iowa.
State, that is. Primaries, Repub base.
