Morgan Freeman rips the tea party, again

How to get Morgan Freeman riled up? Ask him about politics. Or, more specifically, ask him about the tea party.

In an interview with The Daily Beast published Wednesday, Freeman was asked for his thoughts on the tea party in light of the recent government shutdown.

“The lengths that people will go to to show their prejudices!” the actor replied. “You see some of these signs that say, “TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK!” What the f--- is that? Whose country are you talking about?”

“They are being pushed to the side, which is a good thing for them to realize: You don’t have the power you think you have in this country,” Freeman added. “Obama was legitimately elected president. If you don’t like that, fine, either move out, or make your point and get yourself elected, but don’t tear the country apart!”

1. I think Morgan Freeman should lend his voice to every Democratic campaign. There's something about

his voice that makes everything sound better. Maybe he should use the Shawshank Redemption voice and tell people about the evils of the Republican party.

5. I think the world of Morgan Freeman

When I watch tv its the science channel I watch. Through the worm hole is one of my favorites and a lot has to do with the fact that Morgan Freeman narrates it.
Good and Honesty just drips off the guy, he has so much.
