I hope it backfires.

While I would agree that they could have done this in a humorous way--maybe an ad campaign where the sexists get their comeuppance in the end-- this just falls flat IMO.

...jokes? IIRC I saw one for bashing on a rock and another which involved dragging through puddles with a 4WD and air drying on the roof rack.

In fact I tend to break the washing machine so he is happy I stay away from it! I do a million other things in the house, but assuming women are the only ones who can do laundry is really stupid!
