Of course there is confusion over the ACA

Just look how it is "covered" by radio and TV. The corporate media in the USA is a criminal enterprise as far as I can tell. Criminal in the sense that they use our public airwaves to lie and confuse us.

Don't you think that might be a little over-the-top?

Of course, some outlets have an agenda based on advertising sales, ownership, etc. But, to claim all media is a "criminal enterprise" is just silly.

Both sides are making the same claim, btw.
