(11,495 posts)With the tea party running the House and pushing more of their insane games like we just went through, the numbers will get even better for democrats, and worse for republicans.
I think the tea party nuts did themselves a lot of damage with the shutdown and they will see a huge loss of money coming their way next year. I also think that if the rest of the House republicans may be looking at tea party challengers come primary time, which means they will be spending a lot of money to fight the "crazies", which will also help democrats. The damage done by Cruz and his bad of merry idiots is going to take a huge toll next year, not to mention the talk of the "crazies" starting their own party, which could help Cruz in 2016 to make a lot of money, but would also pretty much insure that a democrat will be elected to the WH!
In my opinion things will get a lot worse for the republicans in the next 3 years!
