Does Obamacare Cover Dental?

I have not heard anyone mention if Obamacare covers dental. Just curious if anyone knows. Many Thanks!

My wife has applied for a Kaiser Obamacare plan and dental is a #26 per month option

I have been in desperate need of dental work for years. I have an extreme fear of Dentist but other than that,I just couldn't afford any work done other than a basic cleaning. Good to know I have the option to get it. Thanks!
