in Iraq and Afghanistan? How much do we spend on the largely idiotic war on terror? How much do we spend on defense programs that really are all about contracts for defense companies? And OK, it's a drop in the bucket but how much do we spend on phony agriculture subsidies?
But the rethuglicans, moderates and teawads alike want to shred the social safety net and cut taxes for corporations and the wealthy.
And then they have the unmitigated gall to preach self-righteously about the debt and spending.
Whited Sepulchers each and every one.
I dedicate this song to the republicans in Congress. Yeah, all of them.

(10,942 posts)If teabaggers were any good with math, they would figure out that Bush's wars and tax cuts for the rich added $10-11 Trillion in debt ON TOP of the 4 Trillion that Clinton had worked down from Bush I, BEFORE President Obama stepped one foot into the Oval Office. But as things are, the assholes don't see that President Obama is reducing national debt at a historic pace. But when presented with information that counters their bullshit, they start yelling "cooking the books".

(10,942 posts)Afghanistan when Bush launches the Iraq War and did tax cuts for the rich. By the end of 2008, around $8-11 Trillion would have been added to the deficit. Teabaggers don't give a shit about the Debt, or the deficit, or reducing both, if they did, they would be kissing a shine on President Obama's shoes every fucking day.
