covering their behinds and not wanting to get the permanent "Tea stain", although voting with the herd. I believe the leaders such as Collins and McCain were providing cover for those who might be up for strong primary fights, and Kochs and Wall Street said as much. Now I believe it's an up or down vote to be counted.

The current agreed to spending is at a level less than the budget Paul Ryan proposed.

Senators today on the floor, that they are fed up with the sequester too. I am hopeful that it will be resolved to our favor, ongoing. Maybe that's too much to hope for, but at least on this day, I am.
