I can't wait for the tea party's complete destruction.

While it hasn't happened yet, the wheels have been set in motion.

I can't wait until every last teabagger is out of office from the local level to the government-level.

I can't wait until the very mentioning of "the tea party" provokes laughter in some and shame in others.

I can't wait until your greatest supporters and enablers suddenly deny you.

I can't wait until this cultural stain of selfishness, extremism, and voluntary stupidity is bleached out of existence.

I can't wait until Michelle Bachmann, Sarah Palin, and Ted Cruz join the unemployed they scoff at every day.

I can't wait until morons like Limbaugh and Hannity are so embarrassed at their endorsement of anarchist fools that they become broken souls consciously stripped of any credibility and slink away in shame (joining Dick Morris).

It's inevitable. You're already devouring yourselves. Your own party is going to take back what you stole from them. You'll just be another national embarrassment that faded away, as you have proven your incompetence and pure stupidity. You are the instruments of your own destruction...

The rallying of some liberals around teabagger Justin Amash was a disgusting display of strategic ignorance.

A) Just look at the entertainment value. The Onion doesn't even have to make up satire....all they have to do is report on Teabaggers.
B) Having a deep schism in the GOP is good for Dems.
C) The threat from the right in a primary greatly weakens moderate republicans for the ensuing GEs.
D) The TP serves to box in the GOP, greatly weakening them in political negotiations.
E) The TP limits the GOP's ability to grow via attracting women, minorities, immigrants, gays, and youth. IOW, the GOP is trapped into being a party of old, white, suburban and rural people. Not a sustainable demographic.

Odds are that they take over the party. Next year's primaries will tell us who really got hurt out of this.

It's now in the "eat your own" or ideological purity stage. This comes once the defeats are so pronounced and frequent, that their conspiracy theory is not enough to explain them. "It must be rhinos, cavers, etc."

Now that they've tried working within the system (let's go to Washington and set them straight) and it didn't work, their group will become smaller and less influential.

However, for the true believer violence is the next step.

And this will end the party, but remember conspiracy theories don't die; they lie dormant until the next economic crises.

I've seen enough scary movies to think the mad slasher will stay down when there's some supernatural force involved, like billionaire funders who can keep a pack of butters going for a year on the equivalent of pocket change for the rest of us.

I'll wait until they've actually been crushed as a political force, not just been dealt a huge setback, and then keep an eye open for the new crop so we don't have to go through this again in 30 years.
