If Obama vetoed a debt limit increase would it be Sedition?

When Bill Clinton vetoed Republican budgets in the 1990s was it Treason?

Do the rules established by majorities in the House and Senate that allow minorities to run riot over the process represent the tyranny of the minority... considering that the fricking majority is free to change those rules but never does because, for whatever reason, the majority wants those rules?

Would Obama allowing a debt limit default to happen be an impeachable high crime? Is Congress allowing a debt limit default to happen a high crime? Should the answer to those two questions be the same?

Is trying to cook up some theory that political opposition is criminal a hallmark of pathological political thinking?
