The close clustering of Dutch, Ike and Bubba (6.9, 6.8, 6.7) is interesting. Seems to be a ceiling at 7 for modern presidents who live out their terms.

That rating only shows that the public is still being fooled by that worthless piece of shit. He should have gone to prision for Iran/Contra and as far as I'm concerned he should have gone to jail for firing the opening volly in the war on labor when he fired the air traffic controllers.
