There should be an investigation into how they got the contract in the 1st place.

What was decision making process? Who made the call, whose palms got greased?

According to a 60 minutes report Experian has a dismal record when it comes to accuracy, 8 of 10 consumer credit files (40 million people) have errors to varying degrees of seriousness.
