Is anyone else watching the House in session on C-Span?

The republicans have rigged some minor house law so that only republicans can call for a vote to vote on passing a bill to end the shutdown. The dems are incredulous and arguing forcefully. The GOP have no scruples whatsoever.

allegiance to the Constitution....they pledge allegiance to the dollar bill.
