if you don't have it, you'll have to clone yourself, obtain that clone's cord blood, and submit that.

Yes, there are some hurdles.

its only if they cannot verify you any other way. For some people its the verification process that is taking so long...not necessarily through Experian

10. So the ACA is not using income data from Experian?

I read here on DU recently that they have paycheck stub data week by week on tens of millions of Americans and that is being used as part of the verification process.

I have as much reason to believe that post as I do to believe yours.

That kind of luck. Otherwise, you'll need either:

1.) A "Reference Number"??? and a call to Experion. Be prepared for a 30 - 60 minute wait

2.) A PDF of a government issued ID. (Assuming the upload function is working that day.)

8. Here's the real answer. You will get to a page that asks you 4 questions.

The questions are multiple choice and will ask things like:

Our records show that you have previously lived on BlahBlah St. What city is BlahBlah St. located in?

You currently live on Overpriced Road. What county is Overpriced Road located in?

The funniest one I got (which was a none of the above answer) was:

You have purchased pet insurance in the past for one of your pets. Tell us the name of that pet. The names were ridiculous.

THE PROCESS WAS A PIECE OF CAKE. Verified immediately.
I was concerned with all the posts I've been reading.

11. Maybe so Experian can report the addresses and phone numbers of debtors to debt collection agencies

Honestly, I cannot fathom the reasoning behind hiring a proven corrupt RW corporation to verify identities of people who wish to use a government service.

But I can totally understand the government wanting to know who was in the program. They should have used the IRS and Social Security Administration for this process.
