On the billboard of a local vet: "Irritate the Liberals. Keep working and smile." Considering how many vets are in the area to chose from, its ballsy to wear your politics on a billboard, and even more to give Liberals the spotlight.

And from a young Libertarian, "Liberals are in control of everything, and have been for years!" He said that he felt like his opinion no longer mattered. I told him that it's the way Liberals have felt for several decades. I reminded him that it was not long ago that DLCers like Lieberman were still around to sabotage the unity of Democrats and that we are now "leading the pack" is a new development.

But I do think the tide has turned. Now, let's make all the right decisions for all the right reasons and get this country back on its feet.
