Short Term Deal Is A Trick And A Trap

Obama has to turn this deal down. Fund government for a normally, end shut down or no deal. It will allow GOP to leverage Obama. Then they will have two levers to use right around the holidays. Time will be shorter because Congress will be in recess soon.

Because no vote on shut down has been offered the shut down will be over a month old if the GOP does nothing. Right now we have natural disasters where there can be no federal response.
