I only watched until about 8 am. EDT.
Then I went here and saw these posts about his quiet divorce this past year.
He didn't mention it when I was watching...

He's "public" as much as his mug appears on my teevee, but do we expect such statements from anyone else in the media about their private lives? It's bad enough we have a "voyeur journalism" like TMZ...if you're curious about Joey, I'm sure they've got plenty of "dish"...

(31,706 posts)...there'd been a couple threads speculating about the cause. I don't care for the guy...think he's an ego-centrical ass and the report of the divorce doesn't surprise me, but I really don't want to know anything more and, again, respect his right to keep it private. Nothing personal...

(63,912 posts)I think we're tempted to make a snarky remark (or I admit that I am) because he IS such an ass. I'm really pissed the way he goes after Paul Krugman, who I adore.

(31,706 posts)...this dude revises history and his role in it constantly. If he was such as great politician he's be in the Senate or Governor of Florida or even a higher office :shiver:. Instead he sits and bumps his gums and mostly verbal diarrhea comes out. He thinks he's the "second coming" of Raygun...all the rest of us think he's a world class ass...

While his co-host, Mika is saddled with a lifetime's worth of insecurity that comes across in very unfortunate ways in terms of her interactions with the bullying Scarborough and his minions, at least it appears she tries to be a decent, caring person. I wish her well. Scab, not so much.

An example: No one my husband worked with even knew he had a girlfriend (we dated 4 years) when he asked for the time off for our wedding.

It's his life.
