Fuck them both.

(5,693 posts)Just kidding, but anyone who saw this and doesn't generally pay attention to the details on a 24 hour basis would have thought that Duffy's point about delaying the individual mandate was a perfectly reasonable and fair request.

(4,305 posts)This whole dialogue was a Republicon monologue in disguise. Her last statement tried to assign equal blame for this government shutdown. The running written commentary was the Republicon lie that Obama is supposedly refusing to negotiate.

(53,032 posts)She was one of the first women network reporters. I didn't see this exchange because I rarely watch cable news, but people here seem to think the purpose of MSNBC is to make them feel good about themselves. That's not what news is for, and that people continually get mad over being exposed to something they disagree with is exactly why broadcast news has become so incredibly bad.

(14,732 posts)reporter. Being married to Greenspan has permitted her to prolong an otherwise undistinguished career far beyond that to which any other mediocre reporter could have aspired. I don't object to NBC not 'making me feel good'. But I do object to NBC taking a Republican slant to their coverage of issues what affect all of us so profoundly.
