Here in WI the GOP set up a fake web site with anti-Mary Burke (a possible challenger to our corrupt "governor,&quot propaganda here:

her name isn't a trademark, but it is being used in bad faith. I don't know if there is any legal precedent, though. Anyone? I'm sure somewhere a precedent has been established that name <> trademark, but I would argue that they are using recognition of her name in the same way a cybersquatter would use recognition of the mark.
