answering to the brothers. Seems to be a rogue entity without actual gov't control given all the contractors and shills/liar (ie, Clapper for one) in alleged control of the agency. To extrapolate on that, for those who are skeptical about Snowden, maybe he's a Koch-shill to further disrupt the GP and foment ever more distrust..?

Not posing a firm stance either way as I think that what Snowden disclosed was of value to some extent but I can't help but wonder about a possible connection there.
