Who obviously has no sense for what birth control can and does offer to millions of people. If he'd dropped his loofah long enough to listen to Ms. Fluke he'd have realized one of her arguments was against her friend having lost an ovary due to her inability to obtain the pill, something having so little to do with sex - the act itself - that one must question if Bill understands what's what ... about anything.
