Hello and thank you for contacting Carbonite Customer Support.
We do not endorse political views or opinions of the companies, magazines, newspapers, TV stations or radio stations that we advertise on. We simply choose a range of programs designed to reach a broad range of people so they might hear about Carbonite. Dave Friend, Carbonite's Founder and CEO wrote this on his blog here: http://www.carbonite.com/en/blog/A-Message-from-Carbonite-CEO-David-Friend-Regarding-Ads-on-Limbaugh
Sincerely,

They're going to give him a little talking-to. Pathetic.

(82,849 posts)If advertising on that vile human being's program hurts them financially, they'll pull their ads. Otherwise Carbonite is perfectly happy plucking the shit-stained dollars out of the troglodytes' pockets, because they clearly feel no obligation to practice good citizenship in our society.

(24,149 posts)Several years ago, when my daughter was a sophomore in college, she called me, sobbing. Her hard drive had crashed and she lost the term paper that she had been working on for 6 weeks!

A Note to David Friend
Several days ago, another daughter probably called her parents, sobbing. A despicable asshole broadcast an obscene level of attacks against her for exercising her rights, even mocking her relationship with her parents. And you continue to fund him. Nice.

(24,149 posts)They respond with the canned reply I posted.
I respond by explaining why it's beyond "political views" or "opinions," and that it's unfortunate they continue to associate their brand with this level of filth.
They respond with the same canned reply pasted again, signed by a different name.
I cut/paste my response to their reply... So now we have an email with a series of duplicates. Maybe if it gets long enough, someone will read what I wrote.
Try it!
