What the Park Ranger should have said, but was too professional to do so.

"I am ashamed, sir. I'm working to protect these Capitol Grounds, without pay, providing a safe place to conduct the business of these United States. And you, Congressman, are out here stirring up trouble instead of doing your job, and you are still getting paid.
