Zimmerman appears to have embarked on a course of risky behavior, having been involved in a number of episodes that could have been hazardous to his health. So far he's been fortunate. He hasn't shot anybody else although it seems that he has made threats.
It's possible that he will provoke a confrontation with someone that may end with a death, either his or someone else's.
And it would be very difficult to sue a dead man.
