I work on a revenue producing contract for the FAA. The revenue stream is closed as of yesterday. This program and many others across the government are being held hostage with no other point than the teabagging faction of the republican party promised they would do just this during the 2012 campaign.

The thing is, now that they have fulfilled their campaign promise, they have no further plan.

Meanwhile I and thousands like me are being held hostage. Businesses are being held hostage. I witnessed a CEO in tears yesterday, because their life's work is being held hostage, their employees are being held hostage.

I would wager there are quite a few here in similar situations, who are hostages.

Maybe us hostages should show up and demand a clean CR. Like tomorrow!
