The delay in the small business mandate IS NOT a reason to amend Obamacare's individual mandate

For one reason in particular:

The small business mandate part of the law was not amended, it's still there.

If you're arguing that the small business mandate was removed and that's why the law should be changed to likewise remove the individual mandate, you don't know what you're talking about.

The law was not changed with respect to small business, if you want the individual mandate changed the same way the law is, then you don't want congress amending the individual mandate either.

At most, instead of asking Democrats to help Republicans sabotage a law, you'd ask the Administration to make sure implementation of the individual mandate is not complete until all the kinks are worked out.

That's all.

There's no role for congress that won't hurt the overall law. Don't ask for that, it won't help.
