Will Obamacare act as a stimulous?

With money being saved by lowering healthcare costs or will that be balanced out by the people who have to buy insurance who didn't use to? But then their is the increase in the medical economy as many more people participate. Does anyone know?

Certainly not enough to make up for the loss due to Government Shut Down and a failure to pay the debt.
