Teachers suspended for barking at student.
From my hometown rag, this should be on Leno's "Hometown News", or maybe more likely at Rotten.com.
I love teachers of course, and I wasn't there that day, but maybe the whole country has been coming apart at the mental seams this year. It sure seems like it here in Ohio somedays:

WARREN - The city school district suspended two fourth-grade teachers on claims that they barked like dogs at a 9-year-old student in class last month. The student previously had barked at a teacher.
Judith Brown and Annette Constantino, each teachers at Willard K-8, were suspended for five days and two days, respectively. Brown is scheduled to serve her suspension Monday through March 9, returning to class on March 12. Constantino is required to take off Monday and Tuesday, returning to her teaching assignment on Wednesday.
Meghan Montgomery, who made the complaint against the teachers, said her daughter, Marissa, had acted out in music class in early February, barking at the teacher. Montgomery complained that over the next few days, Brown and Constantino called the girl a dog, barked at her and allowed other students to do likewise.
