I reported it and they sent me a message that said:

"Status: This video wasn't removed

Details: Thank you for taking the time to report something that you feel may violate our Community Standards. Reports like yours are an important part of making Facebook a safe and welcoming environment. We reviewed the video you reported for containing graphic violence and found it doesn't violate our community standard on graphic violence."
We understand you still may not want to see this video. Here are a few things you can do:

Unbearable to watch.
I skipped to the end hoping it wasn't real. It was horrid. I was clicking the translations of the comments to find out how anyone could do this. The best I could surmise from the translations is that it was a ritual for karma on someone. In the short time I was able to read, I understood it to be ritual but I couldn't get the gist of whether it was a reincarnation killing or Thai black magic or what.

Although FB should have removed them, their view of community standards is not lax in this and other matters. They condone and support it for profit.

I've seen videos on youtube from Thailand showing mentally disabled but tall boys with the minds of toddlers, forced into boxing rings to be beat up by physically smaller, more intellectually able boys to the cheers of the crowd.

Then they crow with pride over their victory beating a young man who is clearly terrified and in shock, trying to hold his hands up to protect his face and body from the blows

There is no pity for those deemed weak or helpless in many places in this world. And I am very familiar with such cases here in the USA, and far worse, as well.

There are a lot of sadists in this world. Just look at the guys laughing and high fiving each other over the GOPshutdown.
