http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/british-columbia/rod-mickleburgh/robo-calls-worse-than-watergate-dirty-tricks-op-opines/article2356142/How bad is the alleged robo-call scandal?
Worse, apparently, than Watergate or at least worse than any of the infamous dirty tricks that were an integral part of the mind-blowing scandal that eventually brought down U.S. president Richard Nixon.
That comparison comes from none other than the man who spearheaded the series of dirty tricks financed by Mr. Nixons re-election committee, the unmerry prankster himself, Donald Segretti.
... We never tried to do something that would, at the end of the day, take away the right of somebody to vote, he said. That goes beyond a prank. Its just wrong, on many levels.

OP
Donald Segretti should still be in jail. He typifies Republickers attitudes towards democracy.

Forgery, theft, whatever. It was all ok in Segretti's tiny head if he was doing it to help Republickers get elected.
He'll always be a piece of shit in my book, which means he is an idol to Republickers.

point the finger directly at Harper? One would hope so, but not sure it will happen.
