is that Cruz and Boener are very intelligent men. Mix that intelligence with evil narcissism and you have a lethal catastrophic situation.

Rational people believe that they will give in soon and avoid the debt ceiling. But these are not rational people that are being dealt with. They are fanatical zealots and there is no reasoning with those types. I know; I grew up with people like that..........

Anyway, I don't doubt for a moment that they wouldn't allow a deal and let us completely default. Probably, the only thing that will stop them are the Cockroach brothers, if in doing that, it costs them (and Wall St) money. They probably think of themselves as heroic martyrs, doing this.

And now they are giddy with power..... It's very frightening to me of how this is going to end.
