Beware of healthcare.COM ??

I heard one tv head referring people to healthcare.COM instead of healthcare.GOV
Then I started seeing it on facebook, posted by rightwingers. They were complaining that in 2018 employers would have to pay an excise tax for people with Cadillac health plans. Nice that they care, because the people doing to complaining do not and never will make over $250,000 a year.

Does anybody know who owns this site?
I did a whois on the domain name but the registrar seems cloaked.
Maybe someone more adept at this can find out who these people are...?

Maybe they should have bought up all the domain names so nobody could divert from the real site.

Someone at HHS probably suggested buying up the domain names but was shot down, probably for lack of funds.
