2. it's up but the servers are overwhelmed

I already had an account at http://www.healthcare.gov, so I logged in at 3 AM last night and did an application. I'd try again late tonight or, if you're still up, in the middle of the night. Hopefully within a week or so, it will be much easier to login.

but when I got to the drop down boxes for Security Questions, there was nothing in the drop downs so I quit trying to set up my login account.

5. Arkansas website is the same.

I called the Governors office and a very nice lady gave me the phone number to Arkansas health connector. When I called the young lady I spoke with said with glee in her voice, that the web page couldn't handle the amount of traffic and to try back in a week or two. I told her that was fine and that the website being slammed was a good thing.
