The Sequester, so bad it won't come to pass...happened, Shutdown, same..happened

This is just to let you know that while everyone with an intact brain stem says that if we default in two and a half weeks it would be horrific for the entire global economy, there are some that are aiming for this to happen. The repukes said they were willing to break the whole damn thing just so Obama would look bad. Please don't approach the default with the "it's so bad it will never happen" position.

The Sequester was so bad that it was not supposed to come to pass. It did and it's still in effect, but we've forgotten about it.

The Govt Shutdown was so bad that a deal would have to be reached at the 11th Hour to prevent the shutdown. It did happen and there doesn't appear to be a resolution without the democrats giving in on 21 huge issues.

The US would NEVER EVER EVER default on their debt because that would be so horrible for the global economy, you say. You wanna bet that it isn't part of the Anarchist tea baggers plan? They want to wreck this ship of state so that Obama is left holding the keys to a failed state and a global disaster so they can then point and say, "see, Obama is a bad guy". It's been their plan since the day after Obama won the election in 2008.

I hope that plans are in place to put the repukes in a time out while the adults keep us from defaulting.
