But the L.A. Times one is disappointing. It says "Congress Fails to Stop Shutdown". The reality is the House CAUSED the shutdown! The Senate attempted to avert it.

the House CAUSED the shut down. Its 100% the Republican Controlled House that caused the Shut-down. Don't drag the Democratic Controlled Senate through the Mud because of the lower house cry babies.
