So, The Autopsy Report Came In...

Some guy died recently.

The autopsy showed that he was deaf in his left ear. It also showed that his right ball was enormous.

Death looks to have occurred from a rare form of adult fulminant hepatic failure, where the brain becomes filled with bile.

Most surprising, the autopsy found that the man had no heart.
