The shutdown should be 100%. It's the only way the message will get through to the idiots that the federal government does matter.

Don't get me wrong. I know this hurts employees and American citizens alike. But the only way to make it real is to shut it down - 100% - military, VA, intelligence, DHS, FBI - all of it. Stop paying members of congress and suspend their perks, including travel to/from their districts. Shut down the FAA. Flights stop, a la 9/11. They wanted a shutdown, let's give them a shutdown. No more living in a fucking glass bubble.
