I mean if he has a sense of the amount of pain and expense caused by this, why didn't he stop it?

His actions prove he is anything but decent.

He is a wino (Merlot is his choice) trying to hang on to the teat of the lucrative government job he has.

I hope history will be very unkind to speaker Boehner.

Remember after the GOP takeover of the House in the 90's, that congressman handing out checks on the floor from the tobacco lobby?

That was Boehner.
