(42,282 posts)but while doing so...may I suggest a trip to kff.org (Kaiser Family Foundation) and a look at the health insurance subsidy calculator. Obamacare is going to get us better insurance and save us money!

(42,282 posts)Just watched a family member die of cancer--I know how fast bills add up. I can't afford to go without insurance any longer. (Just staying healthy until January, like the Repubs suggest!)

(26,549 posts)"Healthcare" isn't exactly an unusual word. Those domains were probably bought in the 90's. And I really doubt the current owners would be willing to part with them for a remotely reasonable price.

(49,002 posts)1. Visit Healthcare.GOV,
not healthcare.org, .com, .net, .us, etc.
(those are unrelated sites and/or scams)
However, wait a few days, because ...
2. The servers are currently swamped
with millions of visitors, and probably
will be for several days.
3. Be VERY careful with any emails
you receive claiming to be about
"Obamacare" or the ACA;
double-check the links.

(2,204 posts)Wait a week or so and see if any stories pop up in your state about account info or credit card numbers being stolen. This is a new site and you don't know how good their security is.
