A lot of people are complaining that they can't sign up for insurance today, the first day the Affordable Care Act is law, because of clogged phone lines, down websites, and customer service reps that aren't fully prepared. The main complaint is that it's yet another sign of how bad the government is and this would never happen with a big business.

Apparently, none of these people have ever had to do business with Ticketmaster.
