If you're not signing up for an exchange, STAY OFF healthcare.gov this week.

Why is there so much traffic? A combination of (a) people wanting to sign up; (b) malicious DDS-style attacks from rightwing trolls; (c) inevitable website glitches; and (d) gawking rubberneckers who are taking up bandwidth on servers just out of curiousity.

(c) will get sorted out, (a) is a positive sign, (b) and (d) are helping the Republicans.

People can sign up until December 15. Give it a week.
